Falcon Blue undertakes networking administration duties on a day to day basis for many clients within the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

Companies with fewer than 30 employees often, don't need a full time network administrator. They typically need help setting up a server or small group of servers, and only then need periodic maintenance or upgrades. The same with a help desk, many companies with so few employees don't need a full time person at a help desk or desktop support position. They only need someone to come in periodically to carry out preventative maintenance or be available when problems arise or when upgrades are required.

In addition, we often take on system design, technical consulting and procurement duties for our clients, as well as, undertaking the role of technical representative for our clients when dealing with other technical companies, such as telecommunications and broadband companies or PC and software makers, so that our clients best interests are met.

We can also provide telephone support* on a day to day basis, should you require answers to technical issues.
