PC Support

Falcon Blue is firmly committed to providing small to medium sized businesses with excellent technical support. Our purpose is to be the help desk, desktop support, network administrator and systems integrator for our clients, who don't want to hire full time personnel for any of these positions.

In addition, we often take on system design, technical consulting and procurement duties for our clients. We also act as a representative of our clients when dealing with other technical companies, such as telecommunications and broadband companies or PC and software makers, so that our clients best interests are met.

We have expert level experience with all of the MS Windows Operating Systems including the Server operating systems. We also have expert level experience using and supporting all of the MS Office applications, as well as many other applications from various vendors. For the few, less common applications we don't have experience with, we can quickly adapt and support by going over support and training documents.

Residential Clients:

In addition to our commercial support, Falcon Blue is dedicated to giving residential clients excellent support at home too. We understand that not everyone wants to spend their evenings fixing their PCs or installing a new hard drive.

At your home we can help you with everything from upgrades to repairs to tutorials. We can get you online with your modem or broadband connection and show you how to make the most of your time on the internet. We can install that new hard drive or video card for you. We can get Windows running smoothly again if you're getting errors or crashes, or having trouble installing new software. We can help with hooking up new peripheral devices like printers, cameras and external drives. Many times it's simply a matter of instructing people on how to accomplish tasks they have trouble figuring out on their own.
